Guillermo del Toro is always a visually interesting director, and whether or not you enjoy his films, they are always gorgeous to look at. His latest is a gothic horror called Crimson Peak, and the latest trailer for it was released earlier.
Mia Wasikowska plays Edith Cushing, an aspiring author. She marries the charming Sir Thomas Sharpe and is swept away to live at his home Crimson Peak, with his sister Lady Lucille Sharp. However Edith’s new family, and the house itself, harbour dark secrets, and the ghosts of the past.
With an A-list cast of talented actors, including Tom Hiddleston and Jessica Chastain, and del Toro’s visual flair, this is shaping up to be the must-see horror of the year.
